You say it is up against open water but all 4 sides have neighbors and not protected water as 'open water' implies. Is the link right? That's a high price for having neighbors on all sides and only one has to put up ban lines to ruin your path out of there or ability to move at all. Buyer beware if you are looking for a Blake Sea accessible parcel as this is not one and both arrows point to privately owned parcels not open water to make your way out.

I'm sure you are aware there is a rental section on the forums. A lot of rentals that you post here. Have you rented anything yet? Might help to actually have them in the rental section instead of here where people SELL parcels. Adding a ridiculously high price to sell is gaming the system, dude. Also what is a full perm parcel? You can't copy it or transfer it and you don't own it if you rent it so in the context of SL saying "full perm" parcel seems to imply that you are trying to make people think they OWN the parcel they are renting. Also there are rules - SL TOS that everyone needs to follow even when you own land. Thanks!!

No. Title said; Roadside plot with sailable waters. You have to take a road to get to the rez zone many parcels away. The price is a waterside price not a roadside price. There are rez zones everywhere so anyone can put sailable water even if they are fully inland going by your logic, Tamara. Blake sea is also reaching as there isn't protected water taking you up to the Blake Sea as well as being not even in the same area or even close by. You would have to drag your boat through a lot of private parcels to get there and would take hours. Her ad is worded that they are on protected water and by the Blake Sea. People shouldn't be misled.

Not seeing where this touches water. Looks to be far from the water. Super far from the Blake Sea. Not sure how one would get there.
