If by dancers you mean dancing at your sex club then you'll need to hire them. But if by dancers your mean genuine people, then they are like patreons, they get to know about club by advertising about your place, arranging events that brings in more people to recognize. Share your club name with your friends and put ads of it inworld.

This also depends on what staff are you looking for. You will need to hire people in accordance to some positions to assist you regarding your club. You'll have to pay them as well, obviously that's your choice on how you pay them and how much you pay them. If you're hiring staff for certain positions you will need to have some kind of form as well. If you're going for a notecard then you need to provide a landmark from where people can receive a form about it. If you're going for an online form, you need to have an online form up and ready to be working properly and link them here.

That would be a social media manager who will promote your club and advertise them on social media platforms to gain more traffic for your club.

You first need to have an application form ready. You can use notecard forms or google forms for that. Then you post them in the "inworld employment" section saying you're hiring a social media manager. Now if you are going with a notecard as a form you will need to provide the exact landmark where to get the notecard on your sim. But if you're using a google form just paste the link on how to apply. Then you wait for people to apply for it.
