Slow down button

I was wondering if there was a button to slow down things when moving them around or lining things up like in Blender?

I believe as you are moving an object in Blender you press the shift key and it moves very slowly.

None that I've ever seen. Things move at the speed I drag them in my experience, unless I'm working at the edge of the screen - sometimes the camera swings around fast and the object goes with it. Kind of destroys the finesse.

If you really want to line things up properly, it's worth using the grid and/or doing the math so you can just set the position and size numerically.
