First, I would suggest checking your email that you use for your account to see if there are any emails from LL which might explain why the account is on hold.  If you don't see anything from LL in your inbox, be sure to check your email's spam or junk folder. 

Are you able to login to your web dashboard (secondlife.com)?  If so, check your account billing status to see if there is some type of issue with billing or your payment method. 

Most likely (especially if you don't find an email from LL explaining the issue) you will need to contact Support.
