This gorgeous Hamptons inspired estate is brought to you by Beautify Mainland. This fully landscaped parcel is right on Route 10 in Jeogeot and is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood with chill neighbors. The estate features an Onsu home (4 bedrooms/ 2 and a half bath) fully decorated with a family in mind - 3D Animated Pool with Very Fun Waterslide, plenty of space for parties and hanging out!! The photos don't do it justice....so if you are hunting for you next family estate this one is for. With all Beautify Mainland mainland sales you keep what you want and return what you don't like!

How do you sell land with things on it if they are no transfer things? Does it work?

I got a 2048 I landscaped--I could try to sell with all the stuff on it, but none of it is transfer stuff.

Hi Fay!!

No it doesn't work if it's no transfer. So I tell people buying the land that you are buying it because it is landscaped, furnished & etc....whatever you don't want you can return

I found that there are lots of people out there who want to live in mainland but are overwhelmed or discouraged with the landscaping aspects of it (especially if it's ground level) so I think you should put up your 2048 parcel for sale....and just let them know they can keep what they like or return what they don't like.

I made a listing to sell it, but when I set the land for sale, I set it no do not transfer objects because I am not sure they will, lol!

I can go and change it if it leaves it behind and yes, they could return it, I don't care, but I don't know if it will even stay behind for them as it is copy/no trans and I don't want to make a false advertisement. LOL

If it isn't transfer on the objects then they will not transfer but people can still use them just can't move them around.

They won't automatically return once the sale is done.
I've sold decorated parcels that have since been resold and the house and landscaping I did is still there and being enjoyed by someone else.

You are selling the land and that is what you are basing your price on. The furnished/decorated/landscaped part is just a bonus for them and a good bonus.
Sometimes people keep and use it and sometimes they return it all as soon as they buy the land.

The new owner will get the items anyway; some of the parcels I landscaped got resold to a second person, and I still see my decor there.
