I don't know how this happened - but my BOM skin and tattoos (and an alpha) have been baked onto system layers and can't be removed.

I can't change anything. If I remove the BOM from my "worn" items, it's still there.
If I reset to a Default Male Avatar (Character Test) my skin and tattoo are on the jeans instead of the default texture. My head alpha leaves me headless even though I'm wearing no alphas.

As you can see in the video - nothing but default avatar items are worn. Alphas and BOM layers are gone.

Any idea how to fix this?

Look in your Current Outfit folder in inventory as opposed to Worn in Appearance and see what your current outfit says.

I had two "Current Outfit" folders in invenory, which shouldn't happen. I've deleted all of the links in the one that showed links to BOM. I'm an orange cloud, so I'll wait for a bit to see if my avatar rezzes finally, but hopefully that was the problem.
