Question

I'm visually impaired. Please forgive any spelling and grammatical errors.

 Firestorm 6.5.3

2nd time this has happened. The first time I searched for help by myself and tried everything before just uninstalling and reinstalling. At that time I had both SL and Firestorm viewers. This time I only downloaded Firestorm. The 1st time it happened within a week of installation and this time it took several.

My avatar won't stop jumping. Its causing issues as my camera snaps back to my avatar every time as well. Another thing to note is I am unable to click onto menus such as Avatar or World without it immediately closing while the jumping is happening. Doesn't sem to matter what sim I'm on or how many people are there.

Things I have already tried:

  • Avatar Health>Stop Animations and Revoke Permissions
  • Release Keys
  • Removing all Attachments, HUDs, AOs
  • Clearing Cache
  • Rebooting
  • Turning down Graphics
  • Show Only Friends
  • Fixes from Firestorm's website including Whitelisting in Windows Defender
  • Turning off AutomaticFly in Debug Settings
  • Removing Hotkeys for flying
  • Making sure no controllers are "accidently" being activated or plugged in
  • Using another Keyboard
  • Removing Hotkeys from my mouse's joystick
  • Asking the inworld Firestorm Support Group (2times)
  • Logging in with an Alt
  • 1st time this occurred before reinstall, switched to SL viewer and problem was there too
  • Reset the Bridge
  • Making sure Bandwidth was below 1500 (it's 1250) and that LOD is 2

I'm sure there is some "fixes" I forgot I did.

No problems with any other programs on computer and nothing new was added since downloading either viewer.

Please help, thank you.
