Looking for a scripter to make a bottle pour out liquid?

Hello I hope I’m in the right forum category as I’m looking for a scripter who can make my mesh bottle pour out liquid..and maybe bubbles ?

A project like that generally relies on custom animations (moving your hand to pour) and perhaps specifically engineered mesh (invisible faces turning on or off) with the actual scripts themselves being almost trivial (The 'complicated' part being how you tell the script when you want to pour, or manipulating a particle effect)

Do you already have the animations sorted out? What type of pouring effect are you envisioning?
