Cant log in SL on FS or Kokua viewer

I have an error coming up say "  Login failed - Despite our best efforts - something has gone wrong"

 

Now i know your going to say follow and try all you need too. I have changed place to log in i have uninstalled reinstalled, checked firewall, connection etc etc. 

It also does it on Kokua viewer. so if any one has some other suggestions please let me know

Does the LL viewer work?

If not then contact the Linden Lab Helpdesk and ask them. You'll need to try their viewer first because they'll not support you otherwise. 

If the LL viewer works then we'll probably need to get your logs so raising a Jira would be advisable.

Though you've tried it all, the most common causes are the AV and Malware systems. shutting those down completely and re-running the tests would rule them out for certain.
