i have a problem to built a house there.

the trouble is:

1. if i want to rez , i cant do it. they say its not allowed.

2. there are part of the land which i cannot raise, its still water (1/3 of the land)

Mainland has mostly a 4m +/- terraform right so you cannot flatten it like estate land.

Are you trying to rez something on a mesh surface? This sometimes gives that error. Try rezzing it on the land itself.

Hi stefanbastian,

If you try to rez and object that spans beyond the boundary of the parcel, you may get that error. If you rez a smaller object, do you get the same error?
