I can't login to second life!!!

it says

" Login failed. Sorry! We couln't log you in. Please check to make sure you entered the right

*Username (like bobsmith12 or steller.sunshine)

*Password

Also please make sure your caps lock key is off.

Or

You need to enter both the firts and last name of you avatar into the usernname field.then login again

 

What do i do???? I don't have a name of my avatar just the username, Please HELP!

Your username is the same as your avatar name.  In your case it is Omgitsangeliika.Resident (Resident is your surname).  If there is one place for your username, enter Omgitsangeliika.Resident.  If there are two boxes, enter Omgitsangeliika in the first box and Resident in the second box.

Do not forget the period between your first and last names if you enter them in one box.
