cannot find my order.

Hello karmoo. Normally you must to wait 24 hours. If this time expires and you are sure that you haven't get your purchases or you haven't them in your inventory, if you bought them from Markeplace, open your Dashboard --> Shopping --> Marketplace --> My Marketplace --> My account --> Order History --> If you see that your last purchases delivered means that the merchant(s) got payed --> Take a copy of your last purchases (you see there the name of the merchants) --> Open your inventory --> create a New Notecard --> Paste there --> send the notecard to the merchant(s) describing what was happened and asking politely for redelivery.

If you bought them in world, go back to the store and try to contact the owner or a manager there. If you can't find someone, open your Dashboard --> Account --> Transaction History --> copy your last transactions and repeat the same process as i described.
