how can i recover my things i lost in my inventory

i was on a heavy sim logged on and crashed after i reloged after crashing went to look for the outfit i had on and nor boxes or the outfits were found

You mean when you relogged, you were no longer wearing the outfit you had on when you crashed? That is odd. 

Anyway, clear your cache by clicking the Reset button in Preferences > Setup then close the viewer and re-open. Log in to Smith, a low lag Linden water sim, and wait for your Inventory to fully reload from the server. Click the Recent tab to get it moving.

Once fully loaded, check if your outfit and boxes are there now. Also check your Lost and Found folder to see if the outfit or boxes turn up there. Could be a coalesced object (looks like a pile of bricks) if more than one item so you'll need to rez this in a sandbox or somewhere else you have building rights and take the items back into inventory.
