Need a tattoo artist to help me

First off, I have created tattoos before myself, and stuff, but really, I'd prefer to hire someone whos done good work and can make a good BOM tattoo.

I want to promote change and positivity, and want tattoos to reflect that.  I like Machine Gun Kelly's tattoo with a homeless man and him saying "keep your coins, I want change". I'm looking to have something done similar, or a tattoo design revolving around the idea of 'change' and "be positive"

I could probably make a eyebrow tattoo that says "be positive over it" and on the other "change" or have a body tattoo on like the rib that has inspirational words with images of change, maybe a freedom speaker somewhere

I assume you mean to sell and not for yourself, but your profile is mostly blank and has no reference to a mp store, so I am unsure about your plan.
