I have money in my account but i can't acccess it? why?

I have added funds to my account when I try to accessit I am told i can't be verified.  What does this mean I am not verified?  I just want to access my funds.   What is going on here?

What funds are you referring to?  Linden dollar account or US dollar account?  Perhaps a call to Billing is the best option for you.
