Are there sharks or alligators in the moat?

Hello.
Titian is a sim in an old continent made for Anche Chung when there was No regions yet.
Its an Historical place where the LL had made it flat all the way  with platinum sands, except some parts, where are Volcanos, or huge cliffs ( like Titian) where a natural moat - or river - is placed.
I am only renting out full perm private parcels. I am too old to develop them.
The tenant will do that. So, no, there arent any Aligators or sharks in it.
If you wish, to rent it, then I will ask my builders to rez some Nephelim, some Elohim and some Igigi ( Goblins) there
There are way more efficient than Aligators and Sharks!
If you only want to see it just Teleport there in world.
