The Rivercrest House is partially furnished move in ready, consisting of kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, lounge with formal dining area and warm welcoming fireplace. A patio with seating, fire pit and grill. All our furnishings are adult ready. A boat dock comes with each home, as sailing over 3 sims is available with OBRentals.

The house does have a 2nd bedroom/office for your own decor.

The lot has a total of 550 prims for which 150 prims is for your own personal use. (Please bare that in mind, if you decide to rezz a boat, as some come with a very high prim usage). If you would like your boat to be rezzed permanently, we do have rental boat slips available on Lagoon Retreat Residence Sim.

We have a member only Adult Nudist beach on our main Sim, Lagoon Retreat, with plenty of activities available around the rest of the sim for your enjoyment. More entertainment will be coming in the near future as we continue to develop and build.

All current areas to visit over our 3 locations can be accessed via our welcome island on OBRental Sim, Lagoon Retreat Pier and via the Main Office at Lagoon Retreat Residence Sim.
