Changing Land Ownership

My partner and are renting some land. She set everything up originally, but when our rent was due last week, I paid the rent. Since then the rights to edit the land transferred to me. How do I sell her the land so that she can get those rights back? IN the about land card, I see an option to buy the land, but not to sell it. Any help would be appreciated!
