If you purchased an item on Marketplace and did not receive it, first thing to do is contact the creator and ask for redelivery but seems you have done that with no reply.

In that case, submit a ticket via the Help Menu https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ and use the category Marketplace > Failed Marketplace Delivery.
