Head follows mouse even though I set it not to

Firestorm 6.4.13

I try this:

Avatar / Preferences / Firestorm / Avatar : Set vertical and horizontal ranges that head follows mouse to 0

Makes no difference. Head still whips about like a middle schooler at a nudist camp.

Is there something else I am failing to do? This head movement is more than annoying, it's embarrassing.
