Hey I have a friend and his account got banded or cant log into it is there something i can do to him and he is not able to get on right now so i am trying to help him . can you help me help him.

what is happening when your friend is trying to log in? is he getting any error messages and if so what do they say? can he log in to the forums and perhaps post himself? i imagine that would be easier on all parts.

- if he is banned then him and only him can work it out with the lab people.
