Hello. Only if you are a premium member, you can try to get age verification manually submitting a ticket   https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ and attaching an electronic (scanned) copy of a Government issued identification that has your name and date of birth clearly displayed. This identification can be a birth certificate, driver's license, passport, state ID or national ID.

On the other side, you can have access in adult regions if you become "Account Verified", having "Payment Info on File". This way you have access in all of adult regions except of the estate owner restricts access to residens who are verified with Age Verification.

There is no support category for age verification issues for Basic members. You need Premium membership.

If you only have Basic and automatic age verification has failed, you can account verify instead by setting up a payment relationship with Linden Lab and then obtain access to most adult sims. From Linden Lab's point of view, age or account verification is fine but a few sim owners use the age verification land option.

Credit card and Paypal will work if you are a US resident to add Payment Info. Credit card only for the moment for non-US residents until LL sort out some bugs and you will need to buy the minimum amount of Lindens to add Payment Info Used.

Click the Linden Exchange link on your Dashboard and follow the process through until virtually the end when you will be asked to input credit card details (or Paypal if able). Once accepted, you should be able to access adult areas next time you log in. Remember to select the adult option in Preferences > General.
