Hiring: Hud and Graphic Builder

I am looking for someone who can build a hud that I can use to steam our league's football games.

I wear the hud, and use it as a graphic that can present the score on the screen for people watching the youtube stream of the game.  The one I have I do not have permissions to, and need to be able to update it.

 

I am looking for these features that are not immediately obvious when looking at it.  The place on the screen shot below, where it shows the team logos.  When I click that, a menu pops up with all of the teams in the league, so i can pick which texture replaces it on the hud.  I don't have edit rights, so I can't just fix the old one I was given.

It seems rather mean and short-sighted of the original builder to not have provided a way to change the teams. . . I presume there's no way to get in contact with them?
