I have checked all of the landmarks we provided in this thread and they all seem to be working properly and take you directly inside of our club. Perhaps your Adult access isn't selected in your properties? You can fix that by going to Avatar -- > Preferences --> General tab --> And where it says "I want to access content rated" --> Select "General, Moderate, Adult" and click OK.
