Continents and regions

This may sound like a dumb and petty question but I have been exploring mainland a lot more recently and was wondering if there was a page or list of regions within each continent? Like how do I know which continent I am in? I do not see the name anywhere on the map, just the region names. I know only the wiki page for the rezzing zones but it does not list all existing regions.

There are maps with the names of all continents on the MP, the most recent one seems to be this one (ony 1L$, nobody is going to get rich off of that one 🙂 )
