Respectfully, you may purchase it brand new then. There is a $300 transfer fee and the region tier won't be due again until December 8th if purchased through me. I understand that there is a waitlist for brand new regions. This helps whoever purchases to not have to wait so they can have their land faster, and helps with the fees of transfer. I have no urgency to sell it, I would be just as happy to cancel it but thought I'd put it out there in the case someone wants it immediately.

Ah ok, I’m only here to help. Being yours isn’t Grandfathered you only have to pay a $100 transfer fee instead of $300.
