               My friend was in the wrong place at the wrong time and was banned awhile back, I'm not going to go into details on why.  Some time has passed and he would like to start playing SL again.  He really is the nicest person and would not do anything to jeopardize his account from being banned again.  I did submit a case on his behalf but is there anything else I could do to help him ?

That resident would need to contact support.

You can still access the Support page via secondlife.com even if your account is banned.

Just select "Account Issues" then "My account has been comprimised".

This is what I was told to do when my account was banned as a mistake.

I suggest doing something of an adult nature with your friend. That usually cheers me up. If he's really depressed, invite a friend too. A girl has gotta do what a girl has gotta do for her bff. Regarding the suspension, why doesn't your friend just create an alt and login?

He tried that, he was unable to.  He did contact customer support when it happened and nothing came of that.  He has recently sent a letter with extensive details on the case so hopefully that will help.  I was just wondering if there was something more I could do.
