Exchanging Homes

1.I have two Avatars each with their own homes.  Can I exchange homes between the Avatars?

2.Alternativly if one Avatar bought a bigger home would the furnitur go to the new home?

See the other thread for my answer the your first question.  As to the second one, your best bet is to set all furniture to a group, thereby making the issue of usability of an object vis-a-vis who owns it moot.  Then set the parcels to the group.  You need at least two people for  group, but you've got that -- you're main, and you're alt.  A side benefit of this is that group land is only tallied at 90% of the meters squared for tier purposes (an early decision by Linden Labs to encourage in-game socializing and friendship building), so you'll be able to buy another parcel for the group, up to 10% of the total group land in area, without pushing the tier up.
