Hello ShimmerFox. To get a free house you need to upgrade to a premium member. This way will get a land in Mainland 512 sq m2 with a house 60 prims (you can choose bewteen 4 different themes for the house) and you have the right to use 117 additional prims.

Althernatively if you don't want to upgrade to premium, you can rent or buy a land by another resident and there you can rezz your house which you have got or purchased in Marketplace

The last solution is to rent again by another resident a ready full furnished house.
