Looking to buy 1/4 or 1/2 region

Hello, I'm looking for a 1/4th to 1/2 mainland sim for sale. A green primarily flat and square parcel is preferable. I am especially interested in parcels bordering mainland road, sailable water, or other types of protected land but this isn't mandatory. Please keep in mind I am not interested in parcels smaller then 1/4 and I am not looking to rent. Please let me know if you might have something that will suite my needs, thank you.

Sorry for the late reply. We would be rather reasonable with price between 10 to 15k Linden but this is not set in stone we would be willing to pay a bit more but we would like to come and see the area before agreeing on a price

sims that size go for double that. i paid 35k for mine. the lowest i can go is 25K just because i want to get rid of it.

25k We can agree on but we would still very much like to see the area before giving a yes.
