Unless you change the parcel shapes and sizes so as to make it possible to reach protected water from any parcel on Fortenlost, hardly anyone who values their ability to sail will buy your land. And those that do buy it will regret it because they can't sail the rest of the Corsica island because of the ban lines which you would allow to exist.

Hi Fritigern and thank you for your comments.  Not everyone needs or wants the ability to sail - its simply a beautiful area with out a lot of eyesores or lag.  For those who want to sail I have put in the ad above that there is a bonus sailing channel which they can use to access the open water on three of the parcels.  

For anyone interested - the prices have been reduced as you can see in this additional post
