!! please help . all my avatars hairs have bigger bigger curls and look really bad?

please help .. all my main avatar hair looks bigger curls and distorted .i tried differant viewers but all the same.i keep having this problem when i go on phoenix viewer.my other avatars are the same .. its just the hair and nothing elts! what can i do.i cleared all caches and down loaded new viewrs and nothing worked.

i'm a little confused when you first say you tried different viewers and it looks the same, but then you say it's a problem when you use phoenix. which is it?

i would try adjusting the graphics settings (objects details), perhaps upping your LOD a bit, but you say it's only the hairs and nothing else so i am not sure.

any way you can show a picture of the hair(s)?

Make the hair smaller
