1/2 Private Region rental with estate rights

Need Adult land that is adult and suitable for private or commercial?  Rent 1/2 of HiJinx. One half of the sim is my private sandbox so you can be assured that no clubs or annoying neighbors are going to move in next door.  I am asking L$9990 a week if you pay weekly, with a discount possible if you prefer to pay for a full calendar month at a time.  My sandbox is in the sky so my renter will be able to adjust the ground (including on my side) to suit their needs.  The sim is currently a 20k sim but I will consider upping it if needed for an additional rental fee to cover the additional cost.  I am pretty flexible and can help you get set up if needed.   Contact Dictatorshop Resident in world for more information.
