Segarra Estates is expanding and we need to buy more sims ASAP.

I'd just as soon take your people along with the sim!

I know how tough the land business can be, if you are thinking of selling your sim and you have tenants in place, IM me before you hop on that bulldozer! Your tenants will need to pay tier within 24 hrs after the transfer is complete, but as long as the tier rate is profitable I will not raise their rates.  

Don't kick out good people, SL has enough of a homeless problem already.  

I pay $125 - $420 USD per sim.  You pay the Transfer Fees.  And yes,  I do have Extended Support.
