In particular, the Sim is very low lag. Plenty of ms spare time in the sim. I chose this spot specifically because of it's very low lag - and this was after looking at hundreds of sims around SL. So, that work is already done for you if you are looking for something very low lag such as this, so look no further! Selling for L$50,000 initially but I am open to offers.
