Im looking for a furnitured skybox made for young boys, aged 18-20.

Anyone know or seen any around?

Alternatively, I would be interested to find a home having 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom and living room for a 4096sqm land.

Subzero, age wouldn't imply a certain style, so if you could provide some info on the style you're looking for, maybe you can get a better guidance

I know some of my male friends have gone for the Hunger Games skybox, by Vivid Avatars

Minimal and Apple Fall have great empty skyboxes that you might want to check out, and Maya's Buildings offers great quality homes, fully furnished, for 50-100Lindens, but they are more a cottage/modern home styles. Check the Miami house, it comes with a pool, and you can always place it over a platform.
