Why does my proposal keep refreshing when i accept it?

Hello syte. It's a known problem last period. At first be sure that you and your partner have both 10 lindens in your profiles. Also if you are a premium member you can contact the Live Chat https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/

If you aren't a premium member i dont suggest to submit a ticket because you will not have results.
