Looking for Event Venue to Rent

I'm looking for suggestion on venue space for rent for an annual party I host.

Usually I do it all myself; rent an extra piece of land, buy the build, set it up, landscape...all that.  This year I'm exploring renting as an alternative to doing all that work.  I realize it may be more costly but I want to explore it as an option anyway.  

The event is an adult themed 'fetish' party (no shenanigans, just the style of dress is what makes it adult) so the venue needs to be on adult land and amenable to this theme.   

I'm looking for an elegant background; a mansion or country club/hall kind of thing.  Outdoors would be OK if the landscaping is really pretty.  Really I'm open to other ideas; I just don't know what's out there in the way of rentals and searching in-world...ugh.
