How do I change my profile picture using a texture I have saved

I have a pic saved as a texure but I cant figured out how to change my picture

Drag and drop from your inventory.

If you click on the texture that's in your profile currently, does a new window come up to select a new texture?

 

If you're using v.2, I can offer no further assistance as I don't use it, but I'm sure someone who can will be along.

In the newer web-based profiles with Viewer 2.x, you have to save the texture from your inventory to your hard drive, change the file format from tga to jpg, then upload it to the web-based system from there.

If you use a 1.2x based viewer or any other one that does not yet use the web-based profiles, then you can still simply drag and drop the image from inventory right onto the profile pic to change it.
