I just bought new items they are not in my inventory I received them but not in inventory

Look in "lost and found", and also if you remember the names of the items, try search. (btw, are you sure you clicked on the "accept" button when the items were delivered?). If you cannot find them, go to your transaction history and contact the seller with a notecard including the date and number of the transaction as a proof of your purchase and ask him to re-deliver it to you.

Some items end up in your 'objects' folder while others end up in their respective folders straight away. If you find them in the object folder, you probably have to rez the object on the ground, right click it and choose open and then copy to inventory. The content will then be put in to a separate folder.
