Rental price is L$300 per week, prims authorized to use is 450. This parcel is 32x64 meters.  It resides adjacent to Linden protected snowland. As an added bonus you get the 512m2 parcel kitty corner to this parcel in region Swain which has additional 175 prims for use on Swain sim only, so total 625 prims, L$300/week. You do have edit terrain rights but the land cannot be flattened perfectly.
