Go to your dashboard. Click on "Account", then click "Billing Information". On the page that comes up you'll see three options. The first option is "Update Credit Card"............click on that and follow the instructions.

Are you outside the USA? If so, youv are using the new Local Payment methods. There is a wiki FAQ about that. It says you can only store or change payment information in the course of making a payment. As far as I have been able to work out, this means that you cannot change your billing information for tier or premium subsciption until your previous method fails. So if your credit card expires, you have to wait until two attempts to charge you have been rejected by the cc company, make sure you catch the email in time, and then you can pay the defaulted payment. This is supposed to be for security. If anyone can explain how forcing customers into default is a security measure, I would be interested to hear the explanation. The risk of missing the email and losing accout and/or land is obvious. For non-recurring payments, such as buying L$, you can force the issue by initaiting a transaction, but this does not provide a way to change the billing method for the recurring payment.
