Why isn't land for sale showing up in search

My land has been set for sale for 4 days and still is not showing up when I search. I set it for sale to anyone. What are the reasons it would not be showing up? Thanks!

Is the land set to show in search in the first place?  I know this is normally required for land to show in search when it's NOT for sale.  There's a small charge, $L30 per week I think.

I don't know if that's required for land set for sale to show in search, but it makes sense.  Does your land show up as For Sale on the main world map?
