i got overcharged by marketplace. How do i get my L$ back? Create Case not working.

I have tryed to submit this in Create Case but it keeps telling me i am missing info and the box is blank. My maine problem is i got over charged in SL market place and i'm not sure how i get my l$ back. Apperently Live Chat and Phone is only for premium accounts.

/me runs i check and see if this is one of my customers, discovers it is not and breathes a sigh of relief. Contact the merchant via notecard or Im and include Transaction number and I am sure they will help. I do hope the shopping carts are getting purged after being abandoned for a set time.
