Beautifully designed Lake Como is ready to welcome new tenants!  A variety of wonderfully authentic Italian homes are waiting for their new owners.  The entire area is landscaped and looking super welcoming.  Homes come complete with outside seating in a variety of styles, generous prim allowance and a radio.  Opposite the row of shops, we have incorporated a wonderful dance area with a fountain and space to relax.

Down by the lake front a cute little cafe area is all set up for friends and residents to relax and chat as well.
