Can't delete unlinked objects

I unlinked a house, and successfully deleted most of the walls and floors, but there are several that I am unable to delete using the "Edit Linked > Unlink then delete" process. I'm wondering what the problem may be with these particular items. It seems strange that I was able to delete the others, but not these since they are the same exact type of objects too, walls and floors, roof, etc. Any help would be most appreciated:)

To unlink a child prim selectively, you check the "Select Link" box first. You cannot delete an object if you still have the Select Link box clicked, though, so UNcheck the box.

Thank you! I don't see Select Link as an option though, just "Edit Linked"?

I just realized it's the same thing - thank you so much! I was tearing out my hair trying to figure out what was wrong so I'm very grateful for your help!

Right  "Edit linked" it is.   I can't tell you the names of streets that I have driven down every day for 20 years either.  I just know where they are.  I'm glad you found the right box despite a little misdirection.
