Does the TOS refer to RP or just OOC

I belong to a Sim that recently pointed out that using certain words when referring to some one in RP as part of the RP was against the TOS. I agree that the word they were talking about is a racially derogatory word, but I find it kind of funny that, that is a problem when there is a hole sim based on Racial discrimination and several based on derogatory things.

It is absolutely against the TOS to call people racist names, that covers all your dealings with other people in SL. If an RP sim has its own set of rules of play that all players agree to, then that is up to them, but that would still not take away someone`s right to file an AR (Abuse Report) if they felt that had been racially offended by another person.
