why is the face on all of my avatars gotten darker than the rest of the bodyrs can not be mo

it just happened and the avatatars are no mod but i must have done something are there any ideas on how to fix this

hard to say what it can be, perhaps a face tattoo gone haywire?

the first thing i would do is strip down (remove all clothing/tattoo layers/detach all). if it's still there, try another skin. if it's still there then, try a relog. if it still is there - are you able to post a pic of it?

Have you changed your hairstyle recently? Some prim hair includes "face lights" - local light sources that illuminate your face. Perhaps you changed to a hair that didn't have face lights, or perhaps you turned off local lighting in your graphics settings?
