my avatar is stuck in one position

my avatar seems to be stuck in the one position and whatever i try i cant get it to stand upright

Hello DarkSatin,

When Logged in. Click on ME at the top of your viewer . Scroll Down to "Movement", then chose Stop Animating me

If that does not work, open your inventory and click on the worn tab and see if there is an odd attachment you may have accidentally worn
