Hello, I'm looking for someone who is willing to take a request and to create TMP Skin tone. 

However, the price can be negotiate. =)

This is the sort of post that should go in the 'Wanted' section of the forum, not here.

Also, be aware that the price will indeed be negotiable... and very high. No skin designer is going to spend weeks of their time on creating a custom skin and not charge a great deal for it.
